baby love..

Sarah threw me an awesome baby shower over the weekend =)

She hosted it in a private room at Mon Ami Gabi- a 1920's themed french restaurant.

We played a lot of baby shower games-- fairy tale jeopardy, word scramblers, and a lot of girly chit chat with my friends. It was a good time & a lot of yummy food!

I feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends in my life to support me. It makes me feel all warm and mushy inside! I'm sure Kassie was squiriming with excitement to and can't wait to wear all her new clothes and be wrapped up in all her new blankies and play with her new toys and books! =)

The week prior, Paul and I went on our first trip as a married couple. We had actually been hoping to go on a cruise but I was advised not to travel over seas just incase. We opted for Myrtle Beach and Georgia, and it was SO FUN. I love spending time with my hubz and exploring. We went to the aquarium, explored the boardwalk (it's really not that fun at night when you can not drink and everyone around you is wasted and sloshy), and laid out on the sand. i think i was the only pregnant woman at myrtle beach that weekend, everyone else had tan sexy beach bodies. By next year, I plan to have one too... Unless Paul knocks me up again, but lets hope he's learned his lesson!!

In Georgia we spent some time at the pool and Paul put on an awesome fireworks show for us with the fireworks he bought at "South of the Border". We spent that night with Paul's sister and her family, and it really makes me look forward to the family I'm going to soon have with Paul. They started off on a rocky road just like Paul and I but have made such a great life for themselves and have such a wonderful loving family.. I hope our life will be as charmed as theirs one day =)

Paul and I are starting to clear out the room for Kassie's nursery. I get more and more excited for her arrival everyday. I guess I can't wait to finish putting her nursery together because it'll feel like we are one step closer to holding her in our arms. =)

I can't wait to see my little baby daughter. =)
